Boys and girls,
A series of activities has been carried out since our English club was founded 2 months ago. What impressed me most was "Reading classical English novels".
For a start， we chose any classical English novels that we liked and some of the works could be borrowed by the club if some students had difficulty in finding one. Then， we made good use of our spare time to get down to reading. A dictionary must be needed to look up some new words. Besides, always at hand was a notebook,in which we took notes of some words, sentences and our feelings. After finishing reading, we shared what we had learned, including knowledge, opinions and feelings.
Indeed，every one of us has benefited a lot from the activity. Apart from the story itself, we have
broadband our horizon lorizon and learned about the foreign culture. I hope this kind of activity can be carried on.
