Barry：I know from your resume that you are working for an import and export company now. Why do you want to leave that company?

Bessie：I really want more challenges.

Barry：Are you familiar with all the procedures of both export and import trading?

Barry：Can you work well under stress?

Bessie：I thrive under stress. Mr.Barry, I want to know if this company will train us.
