My name is Li Ming, a student in this university, and I am writing to you to share my thoughts about improving students'physical condition. Myriad researches prove that health and wellness, which are central to enjoying a good life, can help us perform better academically as well.

There are many ways in your power that can ensure us to develop fitness in our spare time. Firstly, to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle, more fitness equipment and facilities should be added to hit that goal. Besides, lectures about nutrition and fitness, as well as campus-wide competitive sports, are vital to foster our physical well-being. This is my humble view. Hope my advice works.
