For the majority of people, stress is a fact of life. As in the illustration, school time can be a period of constant pressure for students. Stress from upcoming examinations and endless assignments can take a toll not only on young people’s health, but on their academic performance as well. College students, who have to juggle academic work, romantic relationships and a busy social calendar, are particularly susceptible to pressure.
In my opinion, by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping organized, people can successfully manage and reduce stress. To begin with, a healthy lifestyle, which means adequate sleep, sufficient exercise and a balanced diet, is the most fundamental way to mitigate stress. In addition, people need some relaxation, such as watching movies, listening to music, reading a magazine, or chatting with friends, in a bid to release their stress.
