B:Yes,I left my jacket with you this morning but I ve lost the tag for it.

A:I see,sir.Do you remember the tag s number or color?

B:I m afraid not.I think it was black but I m not sure.

A:Did you leave it at this cloakroom,sir?

B:Yes.

A:Could you describe the jacket please?

B:Yes,it s beige corduroy jacket with a brown checked lining.

A:Is there anything in the pockets,sir?

B:Let s see.There should a key chain and some business cards in the pocket.

A:Is your name marked on the jacket,sir?

B:No,I don t think so.

A:May I see some identification,please?

B:Well,here s my card but why all the questions?

A:We have many similar jackets in the cloakroom and we might make a mistake.
