A:Things are changing now.We re sorry to tell you that date of shipment should be advanced for two weeks because the goods contracted are urgently needed by our end users.

B:Since we are old friends,we should do our utmost to help you.

A:When is the earliest shipment from your port to ours?

B:In the middle of this month.

A:When can the goods be expected?

B:As early as the mid of next month.

A:The only thing we can do right now is to ship half of the goods as first lot by the steamer booked,which is scheduled to reach us before the stipulated time.

B:That sounds great.

A:Now that time of arrival is so important,I think I d better not insist on direct shipment,but agree to transhipment.

B:If so,it will be much easier.We can tranship the goods at the port of Hong Kong,maybe you can take delivery at a much earlier date than expected.

A:May things go as we wish.

B:Let s settle it,Okay?
