A:Four days ago.I come here with a delegation to pave the way for the exhibition to be held in Chicago.It offers Chinese firms the chance of business with foreign friends.

B:If I can be of any help,please let me know.

A:Sue,I will.Also I d like to talk with you about our last deal.Have you received the shipping advice from us?

B:Yes,we have.The goods are expected to be here at the end of this month.What follows will be the installation,commissioning and trial run.I do hope your technicans will come here right after the arrival of the goods.

A:I can assure you of that.Our service is always the best and the soonest and we give full satisfaction to our clients.

B:It s true.We have had cooperation.

A:But now we were tied up financially.So the agreed twothird payment for the delivered goods....

B:We have remitted another onethird of the total value to your account.

A:I know that.But could you remit the remaining onethird at an early date?

B:As agreed,the remaining onethird can only be paid on condition that your machines operate well for about two months.

A:But would you be kind enough to make this payment an exception to help us get around the difficulties?
