Mr. Ma: We have received the skincare, but found them outdated.

Mr. Green: We feel surprised. Have you brought the inspection certificate?

Mr. Green: This is our inspection certificate, and there's nothing wrong inquality.

Mr. Ma: But how can you explain that 100 boxes are outdated?

Mr. Green: I thought that the problemwas caused by wrong packing.

Mr. Ma: Do you mean it is not the skincare but the packing that is outdated?

Mr. Green: That's right. We regret for the loss you have suffered and agree togive you 10%discount as compensation.

Mr. Ma: But we can't sell these skincare with outdated packing. What's more,the Customs will fine us for that.
