介绍开胃菜的英文

Antipasto means"before the meal"and is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. Traditional antipasto includes cured meats,olives,peperoncini,mushrooms,anchovies,artichoke hearts,various cheeses(such as provolone or mozzarella),pickled meats and vegetables in oil or vinegar.

意式开胃菜就是餐前点,是意大利菜式传统的第一道菜。传统意式开胃菜包括腊肉、橄榄、意式辣香肠、蘑菇、鳀、洋蓟芯、各式奶酪(如菠萝伏洛干酪、意大利干酪)、腌肉、腌蔬菜等等。

The contents of an antipasto vary greatly according to regional cuisine. It is quite possible to find in the south of Italy different preparations of saltwater fish and traditional southern cured meats,whereas in northern Italy it will contain different kinds of cured meats and mushrooms and probably,especially near lakes,preparations of freshwater fish.The cheeses included also vary significantly between regions and backgrounds.

意大利不同地区有各自的特色开胃品,意大利南部有各种海鲜特色和传统南方风味腌肉,而北部以各式腌肉、蘑菇为特色,尤其湖区的淡水鱼。不同地区干酪也各有特色。

Many compare antipasto to hors d'oeuvre,but antipasto is served at the table and signifies the official beginning of the Italian meal. It may also be referred to as a starter,or an entrée.

很多人把开胃菜称为主菜以外的食品,但它是意大利人正式用餐的第一道菜,即餐前点或头盘。
