雅思写作中怎样对图表进行描写

第一部分常见的内容有各种产品的数量或各种就业人数的比例。

第一部分常见的开头有：The graphs show that…／The chart we can see-··／This is aflow chart which represents…经常用到的词汇有：increase，decrease，fall sharply·rise gradually，grow-go up，rocket，remain the same。其他的常用词汇有：oil output，materials used，input，cost，maleenrollment，female enrollment，percentage，trend，要求是写出总的特征或大概趋势就可以了。

第一部分写作时，常见的词语有：curved lines，show the variation，trend，represent thetrend，outstanding features，grow substantially from 20％to，50％，rocket from 20 to 600，rise significantly，reflect the trend，change radically，fall dramatically，decline gradually，slowdown，fall a 2％，continue to rise steadily，level off，rise moderately，remain stable，in—crease，decrease。

第一部分常见的修饰语有：moderately，steadily，dramatically，radically，substantially，significantly，approximately。

图表描写的范文：

The graph shows the declining trend of the number of countries reporting AIDS for 1999to 2001.

The year 1999 is considered as the base year.In that year the AIDS cases were approxi—mately 10，000.From that year on，until 2001 there was a rise.

In 2000.90 traffic accidents took place in that country.Of them，80％were caused by thedrivers'carelessness。30％by the poor road conditions，20％by weather，especially by the bigsnow in winter.

From the graph，we can conclude that careless driving is the leading cause of the trafficaccidents.

In the five—year period（1996—2000），we can see the number of students doing part—timejob increased rapidly.

第一部分对图表的描写重点是掌握对数据及其变化进行的描写，一般都是客观的描述。
