David: Excuse me, sir. But may I have a word with the person who is in chargeof the Service Center?

Mr. Yang: I'm the very person you like to talk to. Anything I can do for you?

David: Oh, the thing goes like this. About five months ago, our firm bought 500sets of machine tools from your Selling Department. They workedperfectly up to one week ago. We hadn't any complaints about them. Butrecently they are found not to perform properly. I wonder whether youcan have them repaired?

Mr. Yang: Of course. I'll send several technicians to your factory to solve theproblem.

David: Thank you. Then how about repair fee?

Mr. Yang: That will be on your account, as your machines have already beenbeyond our period of guarantee-three months. But the charge couldbe preferential to you.

大卫:打扰了,先生,我想跟维修中心的负责人谈谈。

杨先生:我就是,有什么可以帮您的呢?
